We're committed to making a positive impact on our customers, our community, and the world at large. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service that meets or exceeds their expectations * Clarifying customer requirements and using decision-support tools and resources to provide effective resolutions * Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport through effective communication * Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures * Maintaining basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates * Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Offering additional products and/or services that meet the customer's needs * Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in our call tracking database * Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred * A courteous and strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Dependability and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly * Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a patient and professional demeanor * Ability to rotate shifts, as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Additional experience or skills, depending on location and/or program * Familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures * Sustained metric performance levels, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
