As a product manager on our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for: * **Driving the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product strategy**, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional experiences and insights that meet their evolving needs. * **Defining and prioritizing product roadmaps**, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product vision aligns with business objectives and customer needs. * **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions that meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our customers. * **Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics**, ensuring that our product is meeting its intended goals and objectives. * **Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements** in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. * **Partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs**, ensuring that our product is aligned with business objectives and customer needs. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field**, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C environment. * **Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies**, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. * **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field**, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C environment. * **Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital experiences**, with a strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles. * **Knowledge of accessibility best practices**, with a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that meet the needs of all customers. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Strong product management skills**, with the ability to develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and business objectives. * **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product decisions. * **Knowledge of customer analytics and insights tools and technologies**, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * **Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital experiences**, with a strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
