Your day will be filled with: * Answering incoming communications from customers with a smile * Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues * Using your product or service knowledge to consult with customers and provide solutions * Collaborating with your team to share best practices and support each other **What You Bring to the Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of six (6) months or more of customer service experience * A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge * Computer experience and a willingness to learn new technologies **What You Can Expect** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development. We have a 40-state preferred residency list, and we're currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States.
