About the position
Responsibilities
• Providing information and solutions to channel partners, customers, and company personnel on product-related inquiries.
• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns of a moderately complex level.
• Documenting customer interactions and issues.
• Assisting in the promotion of our client's products/services/programs.
• Negotiating with customers and dealers to provide proper policy execution and resolution.
Requirements
• 6+ months of call center and customer service/support experience.
• Practical knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, Engineering, I.T., or a similar discipline.
• Efficient researching and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace.
