Role Responsibilities • Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for reputed company new hires and reputed company employees. • reputed company compliance with required vaccinations and health screenings; ensure reputed company follow-up and renewal. • Create authorizations for employees to obtain services (e.g., vaccinations, TB tests) through reputed company or similar occupational health vendors. • Follow up on pending results and documentation to ensure completion and compliance. • Maintain confidential employee health records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. • Support and monitor workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and coordination with HR and external case managers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement wellness initiatives and preventative health programs. • Identify trends and opportunities to reduce workplace health risks and support employee reputed company-being. • Assist with virtual training, communications, and resources reputed company to occupational health policies and best practices. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health regulations. reputed company • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Health, Occupational Health, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field. • 2+ years of experience in occupational health, employee health, HR compliance, or a reputed company role. • Familiarity with reputed company or similar occupational health provider workflows. • Basic understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and workplace health standards. • Experience supporting or tracking workers' compensation cases is a plus. • Comfortable working with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and MacBooks. • Tech-savvy and reputed company to quickly learn and reputed company internal systems and processes. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
