Curriculum Developer Position
Guadalupe LLC is partnering with Divine Mercy University to develop media based on the values and principles of Catholic-Christian anthropology. Guadalupe is seeking mission-driven, self-starting dedicated Curriculum Developers to help develop content. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, Kingdom building and culture-changing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Current Project Assignments
Mental Health App Development
Partner with Divine Mercy University to create educational content for a mental health application
Research evidence-based mental health practices and interventions
Develop engaging, accessible learning materials for digital platform users
Collaborate with university faculty and app development team
Academic Publishing Project
Compile, develop and organize material for a Psychology textbook
Research current counseling and psychological theories, studies, and best practices
Ensure content meets academic standards for universities
Coordinate with subject matter experts and editorial teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Professional demeanor suitable for educational and healthcare settings
Experience with academic or educational environments preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience in mental health assessment or educational psychology
Background in curriculum development or educational materials creation
Previous consulting or project management experience
Compensation and Benefits
Salaried or contract work available. Compensation based on experience and educational level.

Travel Requirements
This is a remote position that allows the associate to work from home. However, the position may require occasional travel to project sites as needed to fulfill project obligations. Candidates should be willing and able to travel when required.
