Responsibilities: • Performs in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the business development (reputed company) training team and leadership to deliver a seamless integration process for liaisons. • Crafts and conducts customized field training programs, fostering best practices and reputed company learning among reputed company liaisons. • Generates reputed company-time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable feedback. • Works closely with the reputed company training team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning solutions. • Provides reputed company leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of liaisons. • Implements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention, and reputed company refreshers. • Maintains a reputed company knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in hospice care, adapting training content accordingly. • Completes administrative tasks and expense reports in a reputed company manner. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, education, business or reputed company field; in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be substituted. • Three years of experience in hospice sales and business development. • One year of experience in training and/or coaching.
