About the position
Responsibilities
• Focus on consultative selling, educating, and inspiring clients to use Spotify to enhance their business objectives.
• Proactively source and engage customer relationships across various verticals and industries to build future pipelines.
• Develop and coordinate effective sales propositions and practices for client interactions, sales, and services.
• Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals by taking ownership and applying an entrepreneurial approach to drive growth.
• Develop strategic insights and perform basic performance reporting for your market or vertical.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Spotify products and developments to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Track a high volume of complex conversations, utilizing software tools to prioritize activities and engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to drive holistic strategies.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience managing a pipeline & driving revenue within a digital advertising technology organization.
• Expertise in audio advertising preferred.
• Ability to navigate varied demands on time in a distraction-free environment.
• Strong articulation skills to express stakeholders' needs succinctly.
• Intrinsic motivation to improve personal performance.
• Desire to overachieve against targets.
• Team-oriented mindset, eager to learn from peers and share successes.
