Pharmacy Tech I - Prior Authorization

Duration: 6 months contract Job reputed company: • The Prior Auth Tech I takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc providing reputed company and courteous phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company based prior authorization process. • Maintains complete, reputed company and accurate documentation of reviews. • Transfers reputed company clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage work volume by handling inbound calls/fax/ePA requests utilizing appropriate courteous and reputed company behavior based upon established standards. • reputed company with departmental, company, state, and federal requirements reputed company processing reputed company information to ensure accuracy of information being provided to reputed company customers. • Communication with other internal reputed company regarding determination status and results (seniors, pharmacists, appeals, etc). • Identify and reputed company clinical inquiries to the pharmacist team as appropriate • Other duties assigned, for example faxes, sorting, email boxes, CAS maintenance, etc. Experience: • Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume reputed company center atmosphere; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position. • If they have worked in a pharmacy before this translate over reputed company.
