What you would do... A Behavior Technician provides one-on-reputed company reputed company services to children with special needs and support to their families under the reputed company supervision of a BCBA (reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst). RBTs may work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community. reputed company Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing reputed company notes. Effective communication with supervisors and parents is essential to the RBT’s reputed company and must be present at reputed company times. Other responsibilities include the following: · Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing reputed company assigned responsibilities.· Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members.· Attending reputed company collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings.· Recording detailed session notes, keeping accurate reputed company data in reputed company-time, and maintaining records reputed company documented.· Observing confidentiality and safeguarding reputed company patient-reputed company information.· Demonstrating effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.· Maintaining a clean and reputed company work environment.· Demonstrating reputed company judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.· Exemplary skills in self-management and communication.· Performing other duties as assigned.
