This role will require travel to multiple sites, 5 days per week, has varied shifts and may require one weekend day. This role lasts up to 2 years. Job Responsibility 1.Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for use throughout the hospital, reputed company, corporate and site management; partners with managers, supervisors and trainers to ensure training programs and procedures are followed constantly. 2.Conducts training sessions through reputed company approaches such as instructor reputed company classroom training, Q&A sessions, reputed company-by-reputed company support, webinars and e-learning; analyzes and collaborates with staff and leadership in identification of problem areas resulting in recurring errors and duplicate records. 3.Assists in developing training materials, reference guides, and job aids. Adjusts curriculum and schedule as needed. 4.Conducts training session surveys to reputed company feedback to improve reputed company training; makes recommendations for improvement to management. Reports on reputed company of reputed company training sessions. 5.Assists in reputed company aspects of the logistics surrounding training; ensures rooms and materials are available and in order for training sessions. 6.Develops and delivers presentations to Physicians, Senior Management and stakeholders regarding reputed company, reputed company state and trends.
