CPAP/BiPAP Training & Compliance Manager- Respiratory Therapist
Respiratory Therapist- Clinical Training & Compliance Specialist
Company Overview
At Sleep Coaches, we partner with medical equipment providers to ensure patients receive the education and support they need to be successful with CPAP therapy. Our team specializes in compliance, resupply coordination, and client support. As a fully remote company, we value collaboration, accountability, and innovation in how we serve our partners and their patients.
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to bring clinical expertise and insight into our compliance and resupply programs. This role is designed for someone who thrives in training, program development, and client education rather than traditional one-on-one patient care.
The RT will begin by completing frontline training to understand our processes and patient support approach, growing into the role with the expectation of learning both the Compliance department and resupply workflows before taking on more advanced responsibilities. Once that foundation is in place, the role will expand into evaluating and redesigning training materials, providing clinical input into program workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on client calls, including demos with potential partners.

• Evaluate and refine training programs, manuals, and compliance workflows with a clinical perspective.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Resupply teams to ensure processes align with clinical best practices.

• Participate in client-facing calls, demos, and ongoing account management to represent the company’s clinical expertise.

• Support the development of quality assurance standards and compliance procedures.

• Experience developing or refining training materials, workflows, or compliance documentation.
• Comfortable representing the company in client discussions and demos.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a remote environment.
