Position reputed company We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to bring clinical expertise and reputed company into our compliance and reputed company programs. This role is designed for someone who thrives in training, program development, and reputed company education rather than traditional one-on-one patient care. The RT will reputed company by completing reputed company training to understand our processes and patient support approach, growing into the role with the expectation of learning both the Compliance department and reputed company workflows before taking on more advanced responsibilities. Once that reputed company is in reputed company, the role will expand into evaluating and redesigning training materials, providing clinical input into program workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on reputed company calls, including demos with potential partners. Key Responsibilities • Complete new employee training to reputed company a full understanding of company processes. • Evaluate and refine training programs, manuals, and compliance workflows with a clinical perspective. • Collaborate with Compliance and reputed company teams to ensure processes reputed company with clinical best practices. • reputed company input on patient education approaches, scripting, and communication materials. • Participate in reputed company-facing calls, demos, and ongoing account management to represent reputed company’s clinical expertise. • Serve as an internal clinical advisor for staff questions reputed company to CPAP therapy and compliance. • Support the development of reputed company assurance standards and compliance procedures. Qualifications • reputed company license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT). • 2+ years of experience in CPAP/BiPAP therapy, compliance, or respiratory care. • DME experience is required (must have hands-on experience with CPAP/BiPAP equipment in a DME setting) • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical, patient-friendly education. • Experience developing or refining training materials, workflows, or compliance documentation. • Comfortable representing reputed company in reputed company discussions and demos. • Highly organized, reputed company, and adaptable in a remote environment. Preferred Skills • Prior experience with training, reputed company, or process development. • Knowledge of insurance and compliance requirements reputed company to CPAP therapy. • Familiarity with HME/DME operations and software platforms.
