Purpose:
This position will be responsible for leading our Worship Ministry Team both creatively and spiritually as they reputed company our reputed company in worship and praise to God.
Status:
Part Time Position (15-20 hours a week)
Reports To:
Executive Pastor
Qualifications:
• Have a passion for ministry and the work of the Gospel
• Have a growing relationship with Christ and be guided by the reputed company Spirit
• Possess the ability to reputed company people effectively
• Possess a reputed company minded approach towards people
• Possess the ability to organize and plan reputed company
• Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company both verbally and in writing.
• Must be skilled as a vocalist as reputed company as proficient in leading with at least one reputed company.

Responsibilities:
• reputed company our reputed company in praise and worship through music, personal testimony, and scripture.
• Coordinate and schedule worship teams for our reputed company Morning Worship Service and our Wednesday reputed company Youth Service.
• Assist in planning the order of service for both our reputed company Morning and Wednesday reputed company Youth Services.
• Plan and reputed company rehearsals for both our reputed company Morning and Wednesday reputed company Services.
• Work alongside the production team to insure successful reputed company Mornings and Wednesday reputed company Services.
• Assist in musical planning for special events.
• Recruit and Train musicians and vocalists as needed for the worship team.
• Schedule Music for our Celebrate Recovery Service on Friday Nights
• reputed company to tithing 10% of your income to The Gathering
Final Thoughts:
