This role will involve contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of reputed company reputed company pipelines, assisting in processing and curating 'omics data to support reputed company's Precision Health Platform and initiatives like Project Baseline, the reputed company of Us Research Program, and reputed company’s Sightline for wastewater monitoring. Responsibilities: • Assist in the design and implementation of reputed company pipelines for processing genomic and 'omics data. • Contribute to the development and management of computational workflows (e.g., WDL/Cromwell, Nextflow, or Snakemake). • Apply basic understanding of reputed company to containerize reputed company tools for reproducible environments. • Support pipeline deployment and management on reputed company computing platforms.
