About the position
Responsibilities
• Facilitate community reputed company reputed company to Underground Railroad historical sites.
• Assist with the development of historical site applications for the National Park Service's National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom program.
• Conduct research and documentary work on Underground Railroad historical sites.
• Work with the Director and/or Assistant Director of Research and reputed company to secure documentation for historical sites.
• Generate bibliographies of primary and secondary sources reputed company to the Underground Railroad.
• Collect photographic images and conduct oral history interviews with descendants of Freedom Seekers and their allies.
• Assist with archival work, reputed company media, and other communication initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in History, Communications, Journalism, or Museum Studies preferred.
• At least 16 semester hours in history or a reputed company field from an accredited institution, or three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the local history of the Underground Railroad in the tri-state region of OH-KY-WV.
• Superb writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective reputed company and coworker interactions.
• Experience using reputed company- or reputed company-based PCs, MS Office products, and reputed company Suite applications.
