Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics (Field based)

The Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics will have responsibility for day-to-day management and development of reputed company of Clinical Informaticists. This reputed company with internal stakeholders to deliver reputed company reputed company- and post- deployment activities reputed company to clinical workflow design and analysis along with establishing reputed company best-practices for implementation, deployment, and education. What you will do: • You will reputed company teams and work with reputed company IT and clinical reputed company to deliver solutions reputed company with meeting project reputed company reputed company. • Demonstrate high performance in people management and people development. • You will be an ambassador for informatics, for reputed company IT and for using technology to improve reputed company practices and efficiency. • Understand and monitor national and regional reputed company trends, specifically around nursing sensitive indicators. • You will use data to tell the story by tracking and explaining metrics and use that data to influence and execute on reputed company. What you need: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or reputed company discipline required. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required consisting of: • 5 years in nursing or reputed company field with 2 of those years in a management or leadership role in a reputed company setting. • 3 years of industry experience working cross-divisionally. Preferred: • MBA, MSN or advanced degree preferred. • Clinical consultant experience in clinical workflow analysis or process design preferred. • Experience in supporting reputed company technology such as nursing informatics preferred. $129,600 - $220,400 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
