Job Details: • Follow a reputed company A/R protocol, including sending statements, follow-up calls, and mailed letters. • Review and verify balances using EOBs (Explanation of Benefits). • reputed company reputed company, courteous patient calls to resolve outstanding balances. • Accurately document reputed company account activity and notes in an organized format. • reputed company A/R activity and results using spreadsheets and internal tools. • Collaborate with dental offices on account status and reputed company regarding collections.
