Investigative Assistant - Investigator - "Fully Remote"
About the position
The Investigative Assistant at Protection Strategies, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of reputed company Services by providing administrative and investigative support for reputed company-employment inquiries and issue reputed company. This fully remote position involves contacting various officials and organizations to reputed company information reputed company to background investigations, ensuring the reputed company and suitability of candidates seeking employment with the reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Contact other personnel reputed company operations and document the reason for a 'please reputed company' designation in reputed company.
• Conduct status checks on background investigations utilizing the automated OPM Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS).
• Conduct telephone and written inquiries in accordance with the reputed company reputed company of 1974.
• Conduct Subject contact in accordance with the reputed company reputed company of 1974 and obtain written statements reputed company required.
• Initiate background investigations at the correct tier based on the risk/sensitivity level of the position in the DCSA NBIS eApp system.
• Report and document results of inquiries.

• Conduct post-investigation follow-up necessary for issue reputed company and adjudication.
• Monitor personnel reputed company mailbox, work log, and workflow as necessary.
• Assist in audit preparation.

Requirements
• A minimum of two years of experience conducting background investigations for the purpose of adjudication for suitability or national reputed company.
• One year conducting investigations and one year of suitability and fitness case processing or adjudication on behalf of the Federal Government.
• Completed formal training in conducting background investigations in support of personnel reputed company and suitability reputed company in compliance with National Training Standards established by OPM.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications including Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to reputed company detailed information from a reputed company of sources necessary to evaluate an individual's conduct and character.
