Sales Representative - Tele-Optometry & Eye Wellness Solutions
Description:
• Visionix USA is the North American provider of highly automated eye examination and optical technologies.
• Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in tele-optometry.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of tele-optometry services to private practices, retail chains, and clinics.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal, closing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide ongoing consultative support.
• Install instruments and train customers’ staff on operation and usage when necessary.
• At times, attend approved industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and close sales.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3+ years of experience in medical device, eye care, or healthcare technology sales.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
• Proven track record of quota achievement and territory growth.
• Strong knowledge of optometry/ophthalmology clinical workflows and reimbursement models.
• Comfortable selling to both clinical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
• Current valid driver’s license, with required vehicle insurance and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (at times up to 50–75%).
