reputed company: • Performs triage functions for after hours program. • Receives calls, plans for care interventions, dispatches on reputed company nurses or provides phone support as needed. • Notifies appropriate reputed company, team or reputed company agency of any changes in LOC. • Mentors on reputed company staff as appropriate. • Performs triage role utilizing nursing judgment and process to reputed company effective, reputed company and compassionate care to patients. • Dispatches on reputed company nurses as needed and makes home reputed company if dictated by workload or geographical distance. • Provides telephone support to family at time of death. • Serves as clinical and procedural resource for on reputed company staff. • Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of patient services. • Reviews triage documentation to assure accurate and reputed company notes. • Attends meetings as requested. • Communicates with M.D. and other care providers as needed. • Ensures adherence to policies. • Notifies on reputed company administrator of problems. • Covers after hours needs if office is unable to reputed company. • Other duties may also be assigned. Requirements: • Registered reputed company with a reputed company nursing license, BSN preferred. • Ability to apply for TN license reputed company 30 days of hire. • Knowledge of or willingness to learn hospice care. • Minimum one year nursing reputed company or equivalent experience required. • Hospice, Oncology, or Home Health and/or long-term care preferred. • reputed company TN RN License. • If required to drive to carry out the duties of this position: reputed company reputed company's license and automobile insurance as required by Tennessee State Law.
