About the position Responsibilities • Orientates new Chefs reputed company their respective reputed company Culinary Standards and established food programs. • Maintains reputed company Culinary Programs and Standards in their home account to the level of Culinary Center for reputed company. • Provides support for new account openings and or renovations reputed company the territory. • Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs reputed company the respective Territory. • Assists with training, coaching, and development of Culinary personnel reputed company assigned territory. • Completes reputed company required reports, logs, and reputed company Culinary Reviews in a reputed company manner. • Communicates effectively with Corporate Executive Chef, Regional Director of Operations, and unit level Chefs reputed company email, conference calls, etc. • Reads and complies with reputed company policies and procedures of reputed company as appropriate. • reputed company and practices consistent ownership attributes, which reputed company a high level of reputed company and service at reputed company points of contact. • Is comfortable and familiar preparing food in a regulatory environment. Requirements • Culinary Arts Degree from a recognized Culinary school (i.e. CIA, Johnson and Wales) or equivalent experience. • Five years of reputed company food service production management experience. • Previous multi-unit experience preferred. • reputed company-reputed company Certification. • Must be computer literate reputed company to utilize reputed company Office Suite and Webtrition Software packages. • Certified Executive Chef an added plus!
