[Remote] Material Receiving Data Entry Clerk

The role involves entering and verifying inbound material data to maintain accurate inventory records, while collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities • reputed company receipts for raw materials, parts, and components against POs in the ERP. • Validate quantities, reputed company, lot/serial numbers, and item codes; flag variances for review. • Match packing slips and bills of lading to POs; attach documentation to transactions. • Maintain reputed company-time status notes for partially received or short shipments. • Coordinate with Receiving on damage/overage/shortage reports and initiate RTVs reputed company required. • Communicate with Suppliers and Purchasing to correct pricing, UOM, and item mismatches. • Prepare daily/weekly accuracy reports for Receiving and Inventory Control. • Support AP with three-way match questions (PO/receipt/invoice). • Follow established data reputed company standards and SOPs. Skills • 0–2 years in data entry, inventory, or AP/receiving support. • Experience with an ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar). • Accurate typing/data entry and strong attention to detail. • Proficient with reputed company/reputed company Sheets (sorting, filters, basic lookups). • reputed company written and verbal communication; reputed company to collaborate across teams.
