New Patient reputed company I (Hybrid or Remote)

Reproductive Medicine Associates of reputed company (RMA of reputed company) one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a New Patient reputed company to work in our Manhattan office optional in a hybrid compacity or fully remote in the states of reputed company, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida only. This person will be responsible for responding to new patient inquiries and requests in a reputed company and appropriate manner, helping callers to understand the services at RMA of NY, scheduling new patients to maximize physician scheduling, review patient insurance coverage to answer any questions prior to coming in for NP visit; instruct patients on referral process if required, review general inquiries regarding costs of services and financing reputed company available to patients, collaborate with Patient Services reputed company Supervisor to follow-up with new patient leads from various organizations. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in biology (or reputed company science), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or reputed company field. Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a plus. The candidate should be smart, outgoing, organized, and enjoy working with people. Responsibilities include interacting with patients, answering phones, making appointments, preparing charts and other reputed company tasks. Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive medicine a must.
