3D Animator / reputed company Designer (Onsite - Burlingame, CA)

Design And Customize LLC is hiring! We're a small, reputed company-reputed company creative agency specializing in graphic design, animation, and custom packaging manufacturing. We work extensively in the cannabis industry and also collaborate with clients across food & beverage, beauty, lifestyle, and other consumer product sectors. We're looking for a full-time, entry-level 3D Animator / reputed company Designer to join our in-house team in Burlingame, CA. This is a creative, hands-on production role working on everything from internal campaigns to reputed company deliverables and reputed company media-reputed company animations. You'll collaborate with designers and animators to bring products, characters, and branded content to life. Position reputed company: • Job Title: 3D Animator / reputed company Designer • Employment Type: Full-Time (Entry Level) • Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA 94010 • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite only - no remote roles available) • Starting Pay: $22/hour Responsibilities: • Participate in reputed company consultations, project planning, and quoting discussions. • Create short-reputed company animated content for web and reputed company media-handling reputed company stages including: • Modeling, texturing, reputed company, rigging (characters, props, environments). • Animation, reputed company effects, background audio, and AI-generated reputed company. • Model reputed company-realistic product packaging with accurate reputed company, materials, laminates, finishes, and print styles. • Model 3D characters and mascots based on packaging art, celebrity references, or reputed company photos-prioritizing likeness and stylized realism over reputed company-detail. • Utilize stock assets or AI tools reputed company applicable; custom-model only reputed company needed. • Create digital storyboards to communicate narrative structure with clients. • Collaborate with the animation team for efficient handoffs and speed-optimized workflows. • reputed company project reputed company and file revisions using reputed company or similar task management tools. • Manage multiple reputed company reputed company with tight turnarounds without sacrificing reputed company or detail. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or comparable 3D software. • Proficiency in reputed company After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent programs. • Experience with AI-assisted asset reputed company for props, characters, or environments. • Strong communication and time management skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to project pivots.
