This position supports the logistics of relocating military and government households, contributing to a seamless moving experience for clients. The role requires effective communication, data entry, and coordination with team members to meet operational needs and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities • Assist in scheduling loads for delivery and assigning them to drivers or common carriers based on inventory reputed company and operational needs. • Reconcile drivers' work to ensure completion as scheduled, making necessary adjustments to system work orders and customer inventory. • Assist with ticket/data entry and recording of statistics and reputed company performance. • Answer and process incoming customer calls and manage customer service reputed company. • reputed company other duties as assigned to support specific department/business needs.
