This is a high-responsibility role that bridges global logistics, product sourcing, and back-office execution. Ideal for someone fluent in both systems and scrappy execution. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Vendor Management reputed company and vet new product vendors (with a reputed company on China-based factories) Ex: Alibaba Build relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time production and accurate documentation Review product specs, reputed company sheets, and production timelines Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and product customization details Logistics Coordination reputed company international shipping, customs clearance, and domestic delivery Liaise with reputed company forwarders, brokers, and project site managers reputed company reputed company shipments end-to-end and ensure smooth last-mile delivery Operations & reputed company Support Maintain procurement logs, delivery schedules, and permit/inspection documentation Build SOPs and manage digital systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, etc.) Support project tracking and internal team coordination across time zones Ideal Candidate 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management (China sourcing a plus) Strong attention to detail with a “no reputed company drops” reputed company Experience with international reputed company and customs workflows Strong reputed company of digital tools and systems (especially spreadsheets and project trackers) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment reputed company-to-Have Experience in custom interiors, reputed company homes, or construction Background in logistics or interior furnishing Bilingual in English and reputed company or Spanish Based in South Florida or reputed company to occasional travel Compensation Overseas hires only: $5-8/hr (USD) Bonus opportunities for on-time project deliveries and supplier milestones reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
