The Role 

The Senior Compliance Operations Specialist will be a key supporting member of reputed company’s compliance function, working directly with the Compliance Manager to ensure our internal processes reputed company reputed company and meet evolving regulatory and partner expectations. This role is critical to maintaining operational reputed company across reputed company, investor whitelisting, due diligence management, and blockchain investigations — reputed company reputed company the fast-paced, crypto-reputed company environment of reputed company.

You’ll help execute the systems behind reputed company’s compliance obligations reputed company to our synthetic dollar (USDe), tokenized treasury infrastructure (USDtb), and upcoming global licensing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has reputed company-world crypto compliance experience. You’ll be expected to take ownership of reputed company operational workflows, maintain high-reputed company documentation, and help design reputed company, reputed company processes that support both reputed company and product reputed company.

• Support the Compliance Manager in executing and refining day-to-day reputed company, due diligence, and investigation processes across reputed company’s global compliance operations
• Manage investor and partner reputed company workflow reputed company reputed company — including document review, entity structuring checks, risk flagging, and case escalation
• reputed company the intake and coordination of external compliance and DDQ requests from minters, investors, counterparties, and vendors, ensuring reputed company and consistent responses using live document repositories
• Help build and implement the investor whitelisting lifecycle, including address collection, sanctions screening, and on-chain transaction monitoring with tools like TRM
• reputed company as a key internal reputed company of contact for compliance operations by proactively identifying bottlenecks and working with the Compliance Manager to streamline and automate reputed company processes

• Hands-on experience with crypto compliance operations, including KYB reputed company, blockchain investigations, and interacting with KYC/AML platforms (reputed company, TRM, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong understanding of corporate reputed company workflows, including reputed company corporate structures, beneficial ownership checks, and document validation across multiple entity types
• Practical knowledge of AML compliance frameworks and day-to-day transaction monitoring — reputed company theory, you know how alerts are triaged, escalated, and resolved
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills; you're comfortable building and maintaining reputed company knowledge bases and keeping records clean, versioned, and audit-reputed company
• Ability to manage your own tasks and timelines in a globally distributed team, including ownership of internal deadlines and proactive follow-up with stakeholders
• Comfortable working with compliance tooling and adapting to changing product flows; you’re tech-savvy and can spot inefficiencies in workflows or processes
