ABOUT THE ROLE

As a QA/SDET Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and driving a modern testing culture from the ground up. This role goes reputed company traditional QA — you’ll design and reputed company automated testing frameworks, guide developers in adopting a shift-left approach, and ensure reputed company is integrated throughout the entire development lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Become the first QA/SDET in reputed company and define how we approach testing;
- Drive the testing infrastructure and ensure high-reputed company standards across our product;
- Mentor and support developers to take ownership of their own testing;
- Collaborate closely with engineers to co-own and write automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance);
- Promote a “shift-left” QA reputed company, embedding testing throughout the development process rather than leaving it as a final stage;
- Continuously improve our testing practices, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and reliability.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of experience as a Python engineer building production systems;
- Proven reputed company record in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance/load testing);
- Product-reputed company reputed company with curiosity about the bigger picture;
- Proactive, takes ownership, and responsible for reputed company;

- Full overlap with Central European Time or at least 6+ hours;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
