The Role: Outbound Call Agent (Non-Sales) for Survey Data Collection

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outbound Call Agent to join our team in conducting surveys and gathering public opinion data. As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential voters, handling objections professionally, and accurately recording survey responses. If you're a committed, adaptable, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential voters to gather survey data, demonstrating a high level of drive and determination.
  • Handle and overcome objections professionally to ensure survey completion, showcasing your ability to think on your feet.
  • Accurately enter survey responses into our system, with a keen attention to detail to ensure data quality.
  • Participate in daily and weekly team and group meetings, as well as coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills.
  • Work on rotating shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to achieving campaign goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or survey support in a high-volume, high-quality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate survey questions clearly and record responses accurately.
  • Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a commitment to achieving campaign goals and a passion for public opinion research.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps up and down, a laptop or desktop with a dual-core processor and at least 8GB of RAM, a webcam, and a headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
  • Excellent command of the English language - comprehension, spoken, and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a political campaign or public opinion research environment.
  • A strong understanding of survey research methods and data analysis.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
