About the Role: Part-time Remote Spanish Bilingual Interpreter

As a Part-time Remote Spanish Bilingual Interpreter, you'll play a vital role in facilitating communication between Spanish and English speakers across various industries, including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Travel & Hospitality, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone calls on demand in a quiet home office, interpreting Spanish/English conversations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Translate complex, technical, or simple conversations for a wide range of industries and government entities.
• Participate in video interpreting calls, requiring comfort with being on camera.
• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with Saturday shifts required.
• Utilize your personal iPhone or Android phone, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated workspace to perform your duties.

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated workspace.
• Manual dexterity to type or write notes.
• Comfortable with video interpreting and being on camera.
• Reside in the United States and available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in interpretation, translation, or teaching.
