As a Part-Time Project Coordinator, you will be the 'Weekend Warrior' who ensures the smooth operation of our projects and provides critical support during our off-peak hours. This role is designed to be a 3-day workweek position, covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 9 am to 5 pm. You will be the key point of contact for handling tickets, managing projects, and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and timely reactive and proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers' projects and ensure the QA and launch of submitted projects.
  • Serve as the product expert by staying up-to-date with new product releases and features, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Handle tickets and projects that come in outside of our normal business hours, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
  • Bring innovative ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, as the majority of our team will not be online during your working hours.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, project management, or customer support.
  • A Bachelor's degree, which is strongly preferred.
  • A down-to-earth and self-starting attitude, with the ability to work comfortably in an environment with some ambiguity.
  • Excitement about joining an early-stage and lean startup, with a willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
  • Comfort with working independently and making decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Location within the United States and authorization to work without requiring Visa sponsorship.
