Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic, data-driven assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Propel continuous enhancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, exploring innovative solutions and leading training sessions to ensure that our teams are equipped with the latest tools and techniques.
  • Serve as a functional support consultant for event planning, acting as a liaison between donors, vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Aid in the coordination of events, developing effective strategies and ensuring successful execution, while occasionally providing support for events during evenings or weekends with adequate advance notice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance our events and donor relations programs.

Essential Qualifications
