Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist 2, you'll be responsible for:- Exemplifying our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Fostering teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
- Surprising and delighting each client with innovative ideas and solutions to exceed their expectations
- Responding to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as needed
- Managing flight changes and seat assignments for clients
- Coordinating concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
- Corresponding with clients on preferences and arranging surprises and welcome notes
- Preparing client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy
- Assisting with distributing information to and coordinating internal and team needs as needed
- Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM
- Managing client profiles and bookings with attention to detail and accuracy
- Serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact in case of emergencies
- Continuing to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools and heighten our remote workplace culture
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:- Experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of travel planning and coordination
- Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools used in customer care and support
- Certifications or training in customer service, travel planning, or a related field
