Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation.
  • Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes, utilizing our computer systems to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport.
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling luggage that may weigh up to 70 pounds.
  • Work varying shifts, including early morning, overnight, and weekends, based on operational needs and seniority.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic digital literacy and the ability to navigate our computer systems.
  • The ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
  • A minimum age of 18 years and authorization to work in the United States.
  • A strong commitment to safety, security, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in the aviation industry.
