As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a range of inbound and outbound calls, from new sales and service-related inquiries to administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in not only resolving customer issues efficiently but also in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, thereby contributing to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls with a proactive sales approach, leveraging every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.
  • Project a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to build trusting relationships with all customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Provide high-quality customer account management by accurately setting up and maintaining account information and data.
  • Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation related to asset and inventory controls and purchasing.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to perform data entry tasks accurately, and the capability to run and analyze reports.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Being bilingual is preferred but not a requirement; however, it is considered an asset.
