Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our customer care channels. You will work closely with our customer service team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Filtering gear technology to find and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System.
  • Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Deficiency/Damage issues.
  • Identify units for storage or shipment accurately.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted and 150+ pounds with assistance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer care or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English fluently.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted and 150+ pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and filtering gear technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
