About the Role: Content & Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a key member of our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering a cutting-edge new tool for clients and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in content improvement, UI/UX, and digital marketing to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a pivotal new tool for clients and sales staff, enhancing the sales experience and driving business growth.
  • Map out the client journey and work with program managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a style guide, maintain a library of association content, and monitor performance metrics to inform content strategies.
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to validate assumptions and iterate on solutions.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions with IT and Product teams to accelerate sales, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science).
  • 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a proven track record of success in geo-preferred environments.
  • Deep understanding of Blithequark's product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex metric data into effective content strategies.
  • Experience with content management tools, including Adobe Experience Director (or similar).
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or role.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Certification in content marketing, UX design, or a related field.
