Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Work-from-Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our CX Solutions team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate conflicts, negotiate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently in a home-based environment, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or related environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking regulations and policies.
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
