Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Payments and Digital Strategy team at Blithequark. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling various customer-related tasks, including check processing, direct deposits, and wire transfers. This is a remote opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data entry and balancing tasks, including processing checks, deposits, and wire transfers
- Coordinate with members, vendors, and financial institutions to resolve issues and answer inquiries
- Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting tasks
- Work on member cases and follow up on assigned tasks
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with NACHA regulations, Federal Banking laws, and company policies
- Process mortgage bills, multi-account deposits, credit card bills, and other financial transactions
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, study, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and Check Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks
Essential Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required
- Intermediate Excel and Word experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
- Mathematical calculation and data analysis skills
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department
- Professional engagement with all personnel and members
- Independence and self-motivation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer or member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $22-35 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
