Key Responsibilities

• Respond to common questions, providing accurate and helpful information to fans and website visitors.
• Offer sales links and discounts to fans and website visitors, promoting creators' content and products.
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the role.
• Follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Essential Qualifications

• A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
• Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
• 10+ hours availability per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones.
