Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-3 incoming chats simultaneously using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats.
- Deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience, with the empowerment to make decisions in the moment.
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of minimum customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or phone support environment.
- Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency in using software applications and tools.
- Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better.
- A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the contact lens or eyewear industry.
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, including LiveEngage (LivePerson).
- Experience working in a virtual team environment with remote colleagues.
