Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support Partners: Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure they have a positive experience working with us.
- Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and effective manner.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support.
