Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customer care team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a high level of customer service skills, technical knowledge, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Filtering gear technology to find and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System.
  • Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Deficiency/Damage issues.
  • Identify units for storage or shipment accurately, and be comfortable with levels and repeatedly lifting as much as 75 pounds unassisted and moving items 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English fluently.
  • Comfortable with technology, including computers, software, and hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory management software.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
