About the Role: Content & Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering a cutting-edge new tool for clients and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive business growth, and make a lasting impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to optimize the customer experience across various channels and geographies.
  • Collaborate with program managers, content teams, and local partners to create engaging content that drives sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer experience data to inform content strategies and optimize results.
  • Design and develop a style guide, maintain a library of association content, and track performance metrics to ensure content effectiveness.
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to iterate and refine content solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and Product teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Map out the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve the sales experience.
  • Orchestrate content from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, or Content Strategy).
  • 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a focus on geo-specific content strategies.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing strategies to optimize content for sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of Blithequark's products, features, and applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable content strategies.
  • Experience with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Director.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and content management systems.
  • Certification in content strategy, marketing, or a related field.
