Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will work from home virtually, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and web. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and promoting a positive customer experience. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions via phone, email, and web.
  • Call Management: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipate customer questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Insurance and Copays: Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support when navigating our pharmacy website.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we maximize our relationship with them, understanding each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
  • Compliance: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
