Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, identifying and resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our products and services. You'll also be working with customers to answer questions about their phones, tablets, and computers, and registering customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with customer devices, such as phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in our systems
- Work towards achieving performance goals and targets, which will help you develop professionally and grow in your role
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer service experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written)
- Residency in Denmark (you must work from your registered address in Denmark)
- High level of English language proficiency
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- A dedicated workspace with a stable broadband connection
