**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies, designed to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
* Taking all overflow inbound service calls, and providing exceptional service to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, and working closely with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
