About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. This role requires a strong passion for delivering expert customer experiences and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English)
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate customer information and issue resolution
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services to offer relevant solutions and additional products/services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
  • High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems
