Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve a range of inquiries, from product recommendations to order issues.
- Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure contact resolution.
- Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to provide personalized support to customers and team members alike.
