About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to merchants, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to drive results and improve customer satisfaction

  • Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to perform data analysis and present findings to the team

Qualifications and Requirements
